Eagle-Tribune article unveils Union Crossing project

Coldham&Hartman Architects part of Master Planning team in Lawrence, MA.

7 April 2008:  This weekend the Eagle-Tribune of North Andover, MA broke the news of Coldham&Hartman Architect’s involvement in a new project: a complex mill rehabilitation and renovation in Lawrence, MA.

The project, spearheaded by Lawrence Community Works and including local developers, business people, and community groups, will provide a complete redevelopment of a site which lies between the North Canal and the Merrimack River in Lawrence. 150+ units of residential housing, small- and medium-sized business incubator space, retail, and open space will be provided by this multi-phase project.
